Communication Protocol

Within Easter Carmuirs we use a number of communication tools including ‘X’, Groupcall, SEEMIS, email and Classdojo.

We seek the views of families, children and staff through discussion with individuals and representative groups, questionnaires and surveys; and we are visible and approachable.

ClassDojo will be the main communication tool between families and class teachers.  We encourage all families to join Classdojo and provide them with information on its best use.

We strive to establish and develop open and honest channels of communication where families have a clear understanding of the progress of their children; their challenges and successes.

Families are encouraged to contact the class teacher with any questions or concerns in the first instance to discuss any question, incident or seek further information on a matter.
