PE5

PE5 and PG3-5 emerged victorious on Tuesday at the Fairtrade Bake-Off!

We have fiddle lessons on a Tuesday and you can go to a Friday fiddle lesson called Button and Bows. It is so fun!

Primary 5 have produced some fantastic work around their class topic of Shetland!

Don’t forget that it is World Book Day on Thursday 1st March!

Pupils are encouraged to dress up as their favourite character from a book for the day 🙂

Even some of the teachers will be dressing up!

I can’t wait to see the characters that appear through the classroom door on Thursday.

On the 19th of February PE5 and PE6 and 7 went to Taigh Chearsabhagh in Lochmaddy. Some of Iochdar School came.We were in different groups one of the groups went and watched some films and the other group went outside and did some sketching. My favourite part was when we were outside sketching and my hands got really messy.

We went to Taigh Chearsabhagh in Lochmady but we weren’t the only ones that went Iochdar went too. My favourite part was when we got to see all the different pictures that other people drew.

Primary 5-7 English all went on a trip to Taigh Chearsabhagh Musem and Art Centre in Lochmaddy. My favourite part of the trip was getting to see all the art work from the An Cuan Sgith Exhibition. I hope we get to go back one day.

On Friday some people go to the fun session swimming and I usually go. To get to school Liniclate from our school most people go on the bus. At the fun session there are floats and we all have a lot of fun.

Today we went to Taigh Chearsabhagh. My favourite part was the sketching outside. We got to sketch the seaside.

Today Primary 5 to 7 went to Taigh chearsabhagh.

It was really fun.My favourite part was when we got to sketch.
