PRIME Legal Work Experience – Summer 2026 (Glasgow) Through the PRIME initiative, Thorntons Law LLP is proud to help widen access to the legal profession for students who may otherwise not have the opportunity to gain legal work experience. Students will spend a week immersed in legal work, taking part in interactive activities, visiting courts and universities, and gaining insight into life as a solicitor, supported by mentors throughout the week. Glasgow PRIME Legal Work Experience programme Dates: 29 June – 3 July 2026 Open to: S5 and S6 students Places: 10 (Eligibility criteria apply) Travel and expenses support available Applications are made via the vacancies section of our website. Law Career Insight Day – Glasgow We will also be running a Career Insight Day during the Easter holidays for students looking for a shorter taster experience. Date: 15 April 2026 Time: 10.00am – 3.00pm Open to: S4–S6 students The day includes meeting our lawyers, exploring different areas of law, and getting practical advice on studying and working in the legal profession.
