Worley Glasgow Work Experience Opportunity Available to Students S5-S6.

Worley are once again running their STEM work experience week, following success in 2023, 2024 & 2025 for 10 pupils in 5th and 6th year (2025/2026) from Glasgow and the surrounding area who are interested in pursuing a career in engineering – whether that be through University, College or an Apprenticeship programme, this opportunity is open to ALL!

Worley are one of the world’s leading engineering delivery companies, helping our customers provide the energy, chemicals and resources society needs now –https://www.worley.com/en/about-us.

The week will provide the students the opportunity to work on a multi-disciplinary weeklong project-based task – engaging in discussion, completing calculations and presenting their findings. It will also offer the chance for them to hear presentations from and ask questions to a variety of experienced engineers from all different fields and career backgrounds to learn more about possible career routes and the work we do at Worley.

The experience will take place W/C 1st June and be based in our Glasgow office at 5 Seaward Place, G41 1HH (timings tbc).
I would appreciate if you could please circulate this opportunity with your relevant departments (STEM subjects) and students who may be interested.

If you have any students interested, could you please ask them to respond (CC’ing their relevant department contact / school staff member) or respond on their behalf by Monday 23rd March with the following:

Following the deadline, we will then be in touch advising if they have been selected for this opportunity.
Any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact myself (samantha.alexander@worley.com) or Angus (angus.forster@worley.com).
We look forward to hearing from the students and for another year of learning, sharing and inspiring the next generation!
