We’re pleased to announce an exciting new opportunity aimed at students aged 14-18, to explore, learn and shape their future with Rolls-Royce.
Discover: On Demand is our virtual work experience platform that provides young professionals the chance to be part of something bigger. We recognise that today’s students hold the key to the next generation of solutions. Through courses on Future-Ready Skills, Career Tasters and Employability Skills, participants will develop the insights and capabilities needed to succeed in engineering and business.

Who can apply?
The platform is aimed at students currently in Years 10 and above looking for the opportunity to prepare for entry into the professional world, helping to boost confidence and develop essential skills. All our experiences are free with flexible options to help students learn at their own pace.
