Windows Plus – Thornliebank have an opportunity for a Business Admin Modern Apprentice to join their team

We are looking for someone who is committed and dedicated and wants to work in an office environment. You will be trained on the job and gain experience to help you further develop your learning whilst working towards an SVQ 3 Business and Administration SCQF level 6.

 

Your duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls/transferring calls
  • Greeting clients and advising staff of their arrival
  • Collecting and delivery of mail
  • Learning and using our in-house software
  • Photocopying and scanning
  • Checking and stocktaking stationary and ordering new supplies.
  • General Admin duties

Essential Criteria

  • Age 16 – 19
  • Genuine interest in Admin work
  • Basic computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software including Word preferred.
  • Must have a bank account

Location: Thornliebank

Hours: 36.5 hrs per week – 8am – 4pm Mon – Thur, 8am – 3pm Fri

Rate of Pay: Apprentice rate: £5.50 per our
