Women in Engineering
Women in Engineering Programme is now open for Applications.
This four day hybrid event will introduce candidates to the exciting world of engineering and the vast range of apprenticeships and careers available.
They will learn more about what it is like to work for BAE Systems, gain hands-on experience in a in an engineering environment and explore the range of career pathways available.
Opportunities are available for school and college leavers, as well as individuals seeking a new challenge.
The programme will be delivered as hybrid learning, with some on-site activity and some virtual learning, across four separate dates in January and February 2024.
Upon successful completion of the experience candidates may be offered a full time position on one of BAE Systems Engineering Apprenticeships, starting in autumn 2024.
