The BAE Systems Virtual Work Experience Programme is NOW OPEN.

In support of International Women in Engineering Day, BAE Systems will be providing budding female Engineers with the opportunity to take part in a week long Virtual Work Experience Programme, with aspirations to engage and inspire the next generation of BAE Systems employees. Taking place from Monday 19 to Friday 23 June, participants will see a range of sectors and functions from across the business come together to offer insight and experience to young people aged 14 to 18 years old.

This programme, offers participants access to a variety of live sessions with female engineers, an engineering based student project and a series of employability modules. All of those who complete the programme will be awarded a Silver Industrial Cadet certificate from the Engineering Development Trust.
