Foundation Course 2022/2023.
Leith School of Art are still taking applications for their Foundation Course beginning in September 2022.
Open Days
They are hosting an in-person Open Day which is a great chance to get first-hand experience of what life in an art school is really like. This will take place on Wednesday 11 May 2022 – 10am till 3pm
- See the Foundation Course in action – At the Open Day you will see the students working on their development for their final major project of the year which will be exhibited at our End of Year Exhibition in June.
- Speak with students about their experience on the course so far
- Option of scheduling one-to-one discussions with a member of the team and have your portfolio reviewed ahead of making an application.
- Student Registrar & Welfare Officer will also be available to answer any questions regarding the application process, finance and studying and living in Edinburgh
If any student is not able to visit on this date, you can get in touch with Leith School of Art to arrange an alternative date.
Bursaries
The School offers a Bursary Scheme that is funded by their supporters and a wide range of trusts and foundations. This allows them to offer financial support to prospective students who would not otherwise be able to study here. Funding is limited and allocated on a means-tested basis, and is usually up to a maximum of 50% of the course fees.
