Balfour Beatty- Virtual work- Launches 22/02/2021
Balfour Beatty are rolling out their 2nd virtual work experience placement programme. This is a comprehensive 5-week programme with lots of live sessions from professionals within civil engineering and construction as well as some engaging activities and assignments. It is aimed at 14-18 year old’s who have an interest in the construction industry. They will cover many aspects including civil engineering, finance, community engagement and health and safety. If a pupil completes the programme and hands in all 5 assignments, they will receive a bronze industrial cadet award. It is like the Duke of Edinburgh awards for STEM and will be a great addition to their CV.
