The APP supports high achieving students from low income backgrounds across the UK to access top universities and careers. They offer support through their four pillars:
- Mentoring by a J.P. Morgan professional
- Tailored skills sessions and career workshops
- University application support and guidance
- 2-week residential internship with J.P. Morgan in London
