Service Advisor Modern Apprenticeship
This role will involve maintaining excellent customer relationships, recording details of all work being carried out and liaising with customers. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organisational and communication skills and have a courteous and friendly manner when dealing with customers.
The successful candidate must have National 4 or 5 English, Maths, and an Admin or Computer Studies subject. Intermediates are also accepted. It is essential that you are literate, numerate, reliable and keen to learn.
