Primary 7a 23/24

Over the last few weeks we have been testing the impact of fertiliser on plants. We have been creating our own scientific report to record our findings.

An enormous well done to our fantastically hard working Azaan! Azaan sets consistently high standards for himself and listens carefully in order to ensure he’s always on the right track. Way to go, Azaan!

These children have all visited our local library since starting P7! Reading has such massive benefits across the curriculum. Keep it up, guys!

This week we’ve been keeping track of which skills we’ve been using to develop and succeed within our learning activities.

A gigantic congratulations to the sensational Olivia on her Student of the Week award! This week Olivia has been contributing brilliantly to our class discussions. She’s always so positive and is an excellent role model to her peers. Keep it going, Olivia! ❤️

This week in class we were learning more about Global Goals. Global Goals are targets that lots of countries are working towards for 2030. We created Diamond 9s to prioritise which we thought were the most important.

In  P7a we have been doing Circle Time where we share our thoughts and feelings. We’ve been focusing on developing a positive and resilient approach to challenges. Our classroom is a safe space and we all listen respectfully.

Well done to our first Student of the Week, Ross! He has made such a positive start to P7 and always makes himself available to help others and take the lead. He is pro-active within every challenge he takes on! What a superstar!

Just a reminder that P.E will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. Don’t forget to wear appropriate P.E clothes e.g. School yellow polo shirts, black shorts, leggings, joggers and trainers.
