Science Fair

We are so excited to share all of the fabulous science projects everyone is bringing in for the Science Fair.
Parents are welcome to come along between 2:30 and 3:30.

Sunshine Spelling

We decided to make the most of the nice weather and take our spelling outdoors. We loved creating sentences with chalk and using our magnetic letters  to spell the words.

Delicious Flapjacks!

As part of our Farming topic, we have been learning all about Oats. We had a virtual visit to a farm in Stirling and seen the journey from seed to store.

We used Scottish Oats to make flapjacks as part of one of our make your mark achievements. We all had a taste and agreed they were delicious!

Digital Leaders

Today we were very lucky to have the digital leaders teaching us about climate change. We explored the global goals of Life below water and Life on land. We had the opportunity to create an animation to raise awareness to save our sea life and woodlands. We really enjoyed learning and creating through ScratchJr. Thank you Digital Leaders!

Effective Contributor

Well done Aysha for representing her rainbows unit for the 25th anniversary of Friendship Day! She confidently carried the flag on stage and spoke clearly about this in front of her peers.

Forest School

Today we made our mark! We successfully worked in pairs and taught each other how to make different types of knots. We did overhand knots and a larks foot knot.

Confident Individuals

Well done to Minha for being brave and defying gravity at indoor sky diving!

A special shout-out to Aysha for showcasing her creativity by making a beautiful poster about our rules at St Mark’s.

Forest School Week 3

We made our mark! Today we split into two teams and created a lean-to shelter. We showed excellent teamwork skills and are very proud of what we created!

Forest School Week 2

This week, we worked with a partner to create small dens and shelters. We expressed our creativity and showed good communication skills.
