St Mark's Primary Class of 2028
Today in RERC we were looking at the story of ‘The Repentant Thief’. We discussed the events in the story and the children then enjoyed taking part in a short drama activity to portray the events, considering the emotions involved.
We then discussed times we have asked for forgiveness or shown forgiveness to others.
Looking at previous learning and how this can help us in new numeracy concepts. 
Looking at The Roman Empires superior engineering which helped them invade Britain. Then, making a smaller model of a catapult and testing using STEM principles. 
Working on building bridges and battlements as we learn about 
The Romans invasion of Britain AD43.
Some faces of concentration as pupils work on their Daily Literacy Learning tasks. 
The children worked on their 7 & 8 times table this morning. Using Hit The Button and Maths games. Lovely to be back with you all. Happy New Year to all Parents.

Primary 4b enjoyed the opportunity to explore and play with a range of digital technologies today, from coding robots to creating microbit tree decorations! Thank you to the Digital Leaders for organising.
