St Mark's Primary Class of 2028
Presenting their pitch for their amazing products at our Dragons Den lesson on advertising. Â All groups were amazing! Â This afternoon we prepared for making Birdfeeders for our Make Your Mark Passport – collecting twigs on a lovely Friday afternoon.
P4b are working on Numeracy using various Maths games. 
Well done all the children who received the sacrament of Reconciliation on Thursday. 
Harper has been amazing in Numeracy and has been so hardworking achieving a Certificate of Achievement. So very well done Harper !
The pupils had fun while building circuits during our STEM lesson on Friday. 
Started our day with weekly numeracy and spelling assessments, then onto numeracy problem solving.  An extremely energetic PE session and then outside to build a den using loose parts.  The culmination  of our hard
building work was a bird watch which is part of our Make Your Mark Passports (coming soon)!
This week has been very busy for P4b as we have had various visitors. On Tuesday afternoon we were joined by P6 pupils who helped us complete our Virtual Museums containing Roman artefacts. Â Â Then, this morning we had a visit from PC Lorraine who chat to us about the role of the police and their contribution to 
keeping us safe.
Our Numeracy lesson on Tuesday took a different turn as we learned tips and strategies from Mr. Berry and St. Luke’s Head Boy Thomas on Tuesday. P4b had fun doing something different!
Today in Primary 4b we were learning about a new reading strategy – inference. This reading strategy required us to read between the lines and use clues in pictures and texts to gain a deeper understanding. We enjoyed working with partners to identify what was happening on our context cards.
