Primary 3 completed another make their mark challenge – creating photo frames using sticks and other materials they found in their forest . They made pictures of sunflowers , a garden and even a pool table ! Well done boys and girls – what imagination and creativity !
The boys and girls in P3b enjoyed learning about the work of Wassily Kandinsky .They listening to music and painted how the music made them feel . Just look at their fantastic pieces of art !
Primary 3 worked on their recount writing this week. They identified the key structural features of the text and worked together to sort the pictures of the story using ‘First’ , ‘Then’ and ‘Next’. Well done boys and girls !
Primary 3b had a great first week back ! They had lots of fun at forest school finding sticks to make a tripod structure . The boys and girls also collaborated in groups to research about Steve Jobs and create fact posters using their notes. What a great start to 2024!
Today we learned all about the 4 key things that plants need to grow and then we headed outside to plant some seeds. Over the next few weeks we will keep checking to see what happens.
Primary 3 showed great teamwork , creativity and problem solving skills when they had to build Santa a new sleigh ! We have some future engineers in the making !
