Friday 15th November
Another busy day for everyone today. We started our morning with Problem Solving. Our groups got together to try different strategies and all found the answer to our Friday problem!
This afternoon we participated in Anti-Bullying week 2024. Our Equalities Representatives, Victoria and Callan were fantastic in leading us with other primary representatives to understand and appreciate the message that everyone should be treated with dignity, respect and the right to grow up free from bullying. Well done Victoria and Callan,
Digital Learning
We continued with our topic, researching the kind of animals, insects and birds that live in trees. We had lots of results!
Interdisciplinary Learning Topic/STEM
We continued our Topic theme “Caring for our Common Home” by carrying out a Science experiment or two! P4b were so engaged and we were able to see the results and record them. Well Done Everyone!
Number Order & Place Value
Finishing our Numeracy unit on Number Order and Place Value with some concrete materials to consolidate the learning.
Continuing our Topic and making our “Sustainability Pledge” to help protect the environment.

Our new PE topic for P4b is Possession Games – starting with Rugby! We were learning how to pass effectively today.

Continuing with our topic “Caring for our common home” we are exploring types of leaves from trees within our school grounds. The pupils found loads of different examples !
