Primary 3 loved exploring , climbing and playing at Forest school this week . They learned about the fuel needed to make a fire safely and took turns using the splint .

Primary 3 have celebrated Catholic Education Week by identifying ,discussing and sharing different ways we can follow in Jesus’ footsteps .They created some fantastic reflections about sharing and showing respect .
Book Week in P3b! 📚 📖
Primary 3 celebrated book week by exploring their Read Write Count bags ! They were lucky enough for members of the Reading Committee to come and present the story of the Worry Tiger . The boys and girls were so excited to take them home to share with families – just look at those smiles !

Primary 3 have continued to impress with their wonderful solo talks on animals in the Rainforest . Well done boys and girls !
Fantastic Forest School !
Primary 3b loved their first morning at Forest School . They designed and built their own dens and dug for treasure – then they enjoyed a lovely forest bath in the Autumn leaves 🍁 😀
Rainforest Solo Talks
Primary 3b have worked so hard on their research solo talks all about animals that live in the Rainforest . The boys and girls spoke confidently and shared very informative facts .Fantastic work !
Primary 3’s Marvellous Day !
Primary 3b really enjoyed their ‘Marvellous Day ‘ ! They created their own medicines and carried out dissolving experiments in class . Creating super predictions and recording their results . What a fantastic day !

Primary 3a enjoyed creating freeze frames to help them sequence events in their class novel ‘George’s Marvellous Medicine ‘ by Roald Dahl .
They focused on on their body language and facial expressions. Fantastic work boys and girls !
Teamwork and friendship in P3b
Primary 3b have been learning about the importance of helping our friends and working together . They showed this during our teamwork activities on the Trim Trail ! Well done P3b !
Maths Week Scotland!
Primary 3 worked up a sweat during P.E while completing the different number stations . They played addition bowling , created numbers in the place value hoops , had fun in UNO races and completed the star jump challenge ! Super examples of Maths In Motion !!
