The allergy information is included to enable your child to select a suitable option.  However, if you require further allergy or dietary information, please contact your catering team via the school office. If you have completed a lifestyle meal request form a suitable alternative will be provided.

Reading Books Amnesty
We would really appreciate if families could return any of the school’s reading books that may have accidently ended up being left at home. If your child has any at home, can they please return these to their current class teachers as soon as possible – thank you.   To help with learning in class each day, please can you help by ensuring your child brings their reading book to school each day- thanks very much.

Parent Teacher Association (PTA) – Coming Together for Our School and Nursery
Cauliflower Cards for all Occasions: The children will be starting to design their artwork in class for the annual Cauliflower Cards project. Completed designs will be sent home, along with an order form on Friday, 20 September. (Thank you to Netherlee’s wonderful staff for making time to help us with this project, by helping to make ordering a bit easier).  You can choose from packs of cards, wrapping paper, mugs and a range of other items displaying your child’s artwork. Please note: this is optional, and not compulsory at all. It is a worthwhile fundraising project for us, and any support will be much appreciated. All completed order forms, with the chosen piece of artwork should be returned to school/ nursery by Friday, 4 October please.

We are so fortunate to have such a diverse community in Netherlee and therefore pemember, Cauliflower Cards are not just for Christmas. Children can design festive cards for Duwali, Eid, Chinese New Year, Easter or any other religion. Why not design a family card for birthdays, or kindness cards to send to those who need a smile, or customised thank you cards for a special event? Or what about a mug for Grandma? A special decorated mug for birthdays or any other special national day?

In previous years, children would have designed their card at home and you are more than welcome to do this. Maybe the adults want to design their own cards? Just let us know, and we can send you an additional form home.

Wrapping Up for Winter – Uniform Sale: Our badged uniform sale is back for September.
