As part of Climate Action Week, we participated in an interesting live lesson about housing. We learnt about how houses are built and what different materials can be used for this. We identified which materials would be the most sustainable and best for the environment.
This week is Maths Week Scotland. We enjoyed solving our maths starter thanks to Miss Walker. Well done to the pupils who used the process of elimination to work out the correct answer!
Well done Zion and Benjamin who have started their own lunchtime Malayalam Lunchtime Club. This week the pupils were learning numbers 1-5. Benjamin and Zion will update the blog next week with how week 2 went!
We spent this afternoon listening to the author Amber Lee Dodd . She discussed what inspired her to become an author, despite being dyslexic and showed us nothing is a barrier for any of us to be successful!
We went on a nature walk to explore the wonders of our environment and see what we could find! It was really fun to look at the bugs, birds and trees! We hope that we can be more connected with nature throughout P7! -Hannah
In P.E we where taking part in gymnastics. We really enjoyed this. some of our favourite moves we done in gymnastics where handstands, the bars, stretching and a lot more!We are really looking forward to do more gymnastics and try new things! 🤸🏻♀️
In P.E we played some of our favourite games! Some of them where TIG, CAT AND MOUSE, DODGE BALL AND CAPTURE THE FLAG!! We really enjoyed our P.E lesson and hope to have a lot more ones like this! -Hannah
