Christmas Fayre!

We have been very busy over the last couple weeks preparing for our Christmas Nativity but we took some time out this week to create our christmas fayre products, which was lots of fun!  We have made bags of reindeer food, which we are very excited to sell at the fayre on Saturday!!  We are also going to make some reindeer gingerbread biscuits! ‘I loved making reindeer food.’ James Doran           ‘I was really good at making the reindeer food and I liked helping other people make theirs.’ Sophie McLellan

Football Training!

Today marked our last day of football training with Tommy. The past six weeks have been excellent and we have learned many new football skills which we will continue to develop. ‘I’ve loved learning how to play football with Tommy’ Ana Hearns.  ‘I wish Tommy was helping us with football for a bit longer’ Anton Heinrich.img_6955 img_6956 img_6957 img_6958 img_6961

Going in the right direction!

We have been working very hard to improve our numeracy skills this term. We recently enjoyed reading Katie Morag and  we were very lucky to receive a letter from Granny Island, who asked us to use our excellent maths skills to help her find various places on the island. We used our knowledge of directions and working in a team to help Granny Island at each station in our classroom. Eva McWilliams said ‘We loved helping Granny Island.’   Jonathan Delaney said ‘that was my favourite maths lesson.’
