On Tuesday the 23rd of February Netherlee’s girl’s football team had a match against St Joseph’s girl’s football team. Mr Lawson offered us (the girls team) a chance to play them, so of course we accepted. The atmosphere was intense yet exciting and I think it was the same for the St Joseph’s team. The match was fair and clean and St Joseph’s were gracious in their loss. By winning 6 goals to their 5 we feel that we are capable of playing another match.
We are hoping to get another match soon.
