This is a really good app to help you wind down and take the time to just relax before you sleep or anytime you want. Everyone can do it and it is great with your family! Just taking a few minutes a day can really change your mood and clear all your unhappy thoughts away. I personally like to try mindfulness before a big test is happening.

We all have struggles to overcome and this boy all before his 16th birthday (at a very young age) got diagnosed with a type of cancer. The struggles he had to overcome because of this were hard but everything is possible. He tried and tried and he succeeded.
