Gingerbread Fun 🎄

We read ‘The gingerbread man’ story and then made our own gingerbread men. We designed and decorated gingerbread biscuits and sequenced the story using pictures.

The boys and girls have also been spending time in our Christmas themed provision areas. We have especially enjoyed the Christmas train tuff tray, gingerbread decorating and the loose parts play.

We have been spending time reading stories to candy, our class elf on the shelf.

The boys and girls wrote about candy, we worked hard to use capital letters and full stops in our sentences. We then drew pictures of Candy.

Festive fun, phonics and more! ❄️🎄⭐️

The boys and girls have been working very hard in primary 1.5 over the last 2 weeks! We have been working hard on revising our sounds and playing fun tuff tray games to help us!

We also have been working hard on our number calculations and using concrete materials to add to 10 and beyond!

Some of us have been working on our numbers and counting and recording our answers in our jotters.

The boys and girls enjoyed a fun Joe Wicks warm up before heading down to the PE hall for Scottish dancing on Tuesday!

We have also been focusing on our handwriting and laying this out neatly in our handwriting jotters! What beautiful work Primary 1.5! 🌟😀

We also have had lots of festive fun! 🎄🌟❄️
