- זה\זאת [zeh/zot] means THIS.
To say THIS IS, you simply say THIS because we have no word for IS.
Example:
זה הספר [Zeh hasefer] = This (is) the book.
- ה [ha] means THE. It always comes attached to the next word.
Example:
הספר [hasefer] –) the book.

There is no verb TO HAVE.
