Primary 1 have been busy planning our new topic. We have decided to find out about what life was like for chidren in the past. We want to know what toys they played with, what games they played in the playground and what school life was like.

This afternoon we enjoyed looking at Pieter Bruegel’s famous piece of artwork ‘Children’s Games’.

We looked closely and tried to guess what games the children might be playing. We also discussed whether we play the some of the same games that were played long ago (we do!).
