Odd Socks!
We had lots of fun today in Bikeability.
First we completed our safety checks. We ensured our saddles were secure, our brakes were working and our saddles were at the correct height so we were comfortable and safe.
We practised our balancing and braking and had a competition at the end.
For next week, some of us need to ensure both brakes are working and that our saddles are at the correct height. We all need to ensure we have a helmet with us too.
Next week we will be focusing on speed and control.
During our Health and Wellbeing lesson this afternoon we created a kindness web.
We talked about how we are all a community in the classroom and school and how one person’s actions or unkind word can affect everyone else. We passed the cotton wool on to someone by saying kind words to them. Our kindness web was so strong and we got to see what a kind and lovely class we have.Â
It helped us learn about kindness and how we can help each other – Holly
On Pancake Day we got to make Fairtrade pancakes. We put on lots of Fairtrade toppings like bananas, jam, sugar and honey.
The other two Primary 4 classes made the pancakes with us and they where delicious.

In gymnastics we were learning to follow rules and instructions. To do this we did teddy bear rolls, log rolls and forward rolls.
