We used Scratch to create our own Pong Game.  I found it quite easy as I code a lot, but others found it hard because it was new to them.  I really like coding.  Ephraim

Badminton

We have been doing badminton and we practised serving over the net this week.  It was hard, but I got it eventually.  Next week we are going to try some small games.  Noelle

Basketball

Basketball has been fun and our teams have been hyped to win games.  We were practising dribbling with both hands and shooting into a basketball net.  Lay-ups were difficult, but fun.  We can’t wait to get in the new MUGA to play proper full games with two nets instead of hula hoops.  Michael

7 Wonders of the World

Yesterday we were learning about the ‘Seven Man Made Wonders of the World.’  We had a sheet where we had to draw the flag of the country the wonder of the world was in, then we researched facts about our chosen wonder of the world.  I chose Petra in Jordan.  Petra was carved in red sandstone.  The area is known as ‘Rose City’ because of its colour and it has also been referred to as the ‘Lost City.’  Menaal
