Growth Mindset
We are using the our Growth Mindset and developing “Muscle Memory” (it’s not really from the muscles – it’s neurons making new connections)
The more we practice, the stronger and quicker these connections will grow.
This is the progression we are using:
- One scarf arcing from hand to hand.
- Two scarves swapping in the air – throw, throw, catch, catch.
- One tied scarf arcing from hand to hand.
- Two tied scarves swapping the air – throw, throw, catch, catch.
- One weighted scarf arcing in the air.
- Two weighted scarves swapping in the air – throw, throw, catch, catch.
- One ball arcing from hand to hand.
- Two balls swapping in the air – throw, throw, catch, catch.
- Three tied scarfs
- Three balls!
- Three hoops!!
- Three flaming torches!!!
- Three chainsaws!!!! 😂
