Rome Vs Scotland

We looked at the start of the Roman Empire and how far they spread across the world. We thought about how they did it ( they used their mighty armies)

Fitness

After a short block of Golf practise we have begun to work on our fitness in PE.  We will work on stamina, strength and flexibility.

Art

We continued to work on our collage techniques. This week we observed fields and the art of Rebecca Jenkins to create collages with different textures and colours.

Blog For This Week

PE

We are learning how to use a golf club and a putter club. We are trying to be accurate when we putt.

Literacy

We are learning how to write instructions. We learned how to make paper dolls then wrote instructions about how to do it. Tony Sparkles made some too but he wrote a story instead of instructions!

Art

We are learning how to use collage techniques to make art. We used glue spreaders and a reverse cutting technique to make winter trees from observations we made.
