Happy New Year and welcome back to our blog!

“We also learned he wrote poems about things that happened in real life, like his poem about a mouse. On his birthday every year, people eat haggis, neeps and tatties.” Lucas
“Yesterday we played a Kahoot game about Burns. It was medium challenging and fun!” Waniyyah

“Today we were planning ode poems about our favourite things, inspired by Robert Burns.” Amara
“My ode poem is going to be all about football!” Fraser

“In Art, we added on to our skyline. We had the colours, blue, white and black and we started to paint with white and blue. We mixed them together and when it got darker and darker we added black with the blue. Next week, we are going to paint a tree in the middle of our picture.” Blair Alba
Tune in next week for more!
