Marvellous medicines and helicopters!

Hello and welcome back to our blog!

We have been very busy this week!

In literacy, we mixed ingredients to create our own ‘marvellous medicine’ just like George! We had fun chanting a rhyme written by Roald Dahl, as we stirred our potions and enjoyed watching them change colour over the week.

We also  we wrote recipes for our own invented medicine and enjoyed sharing these with friends and giving each other positive points.

In STEAM we made helicopters with Mrs Dougall and had fun watching them fly outside!

During Art we sketched George in the style of Quentin Blake, focusing on line and shape. We look forward to painting them next week.

Tune in next time for more!
