In our Man Vs Robot topic, Primary 3C explored the world of programming by using Microbits, small programmable devices designed to teach children to learn about coding and electronics. With the guidance of our school’s Digital Leaders, they helped us to learn how to program the Microbits to display pictures, words, and even interactive messages. This hands-on experience allowed us to see first hand how robots, like Microbits, rely on specific programming to function.

P3C really enjoyed P2 coming to visit us to share our writing and experience of New Lanark. We firstly created a story map of our  writing before writing our own recounts of our experiences using emotive language and time openers. The children were also very excited as a familiar face (Mrs Norman) was there too!
