We work in collaborative long-term arrangements with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and other stakeholders to build high quality housing and sustainable communities. Purpose of the role: |

Provide effective and efficient support to the Morrison Construction Central Business Unit
|
| Key Accountabilities: |
| · Plan weekly activity with the Site Manager
· Co-ordinate the activities of particular sub-contractors/trades to ensure work is carried out efficiently · Monitor the quality of work carried out and address any issues as directed · Ensure health, safety and environmental legislation and company procedures are followed onsite at all times · Keep up to date and complete site records in line with company and legislative requirements as directed · Communicate with clients and third parties in Morrison Constructions best interests at all times · Set role model and ensure high standards of personal conduct on site at all times · Identify potential issues with successful project delivery. Discuss with line manager and agree solutions · Assume responsibility for the use of and security of all surveying equipment

| Competency Requirements | Technical / Professional Expertise and Qualifications Required |
| · Applicants must be computer literate, especially in MS Word, and it would be desirable to have a working knowledge of MS Excel, Asta Teamplan or Power Project
|
· 3 passes at Higher level minimum B and to include Maths and a science
