As part of the Glasgow Film Festival Industry Focus and Scottish Apprenticeship Week, this free event will outline the range of in-demand jobs in the sector, bring insights, tips and experiences from leading industry practitioners on what they’re looking for. Learn about recruitment processes and tips for applying for jobs.

Hear from young people reflecting on their experiences of finding work in the industry. Hear about Foundation Apprenticeships in Creative Digital Media and how work-based learning in Scotland is bringing a wider, more diverse range of people into the industry.

This is for you if you’re based in  the Glasgow City Region and:

  • 14 years or over and interested in working in film & television
  • a parent or guardian with a child interested in working in film & television
  • a secondary teacher involved in teaching film & television and want to refresh your knowledge on industry careers and work routes.
