What are we looking for?
We are recruiting for two administration assistants. One is based with East Dunbartonshire Community Health Partnership at Kirkintilloch Health Centre (Band 2) and the other in Mental Health Services at Dykebar Hospital (Band 3) in Paisley.
These posts are very different although both have the title of admin assistant and they are also graded differently. This is because they have different duties and levels of responsibility. Full details of the roles, expectations, salary etc are provided in the information packs on the website. Both posts are also located in non-Glasgow city locations.
The minimun entry requirements (qualifications) are as follows:
- Band 2 Admin Assistant based at Kirkintilloch – 3 x National 4s (one must be English) or equivalent
- Band 3 Admin Assistant at Dykebar Hospital – National 5 English (A-C) and 2 other National 4s or equivalent

The starting salaries for these apprenticeships are £12,197.50 (Band 2 post) and £13,487 (Band 3 post).
These are two year apprenticeships.
