We were excited to dip into our bags provided by the Scottish Book Trust! We talked about fiction and non-fiction texts before reading a story. Our bags had everyone engaged and we especially enjoyed using the story cubes to make stories together as well as playing different number games. We will do more activities linked to ‘A Beginner’s Guide to BEAR SPOTTING’ later this week.

There are lots of activity ideas inside to help you use the contents in creative ways at home to further develop literacy and numeracy skills.
