The Lion King

Yesterday,  S1 and S2 pupils enjoyed a day out in Edinburgh. We started with a dance workshop, led by one for the cast members from The Lion King. We then enjoyed a nice lunch before attending a performance of The Lion King which was excellent.

Netball

Week beginning 9th March is a huge week for Williamwood netballers. A reminder that our S1, S3 and Open B teams are all in semi-final action.

S1 and S3 travel to Peebles and Anstruther respectively on Monday and the Open B team will be in action on Tuesday 10th in Perth. The girls, coaches, parent helpers and umpires have worked hard all season for these opportunities. Go out and leave everything on the court! Good luck girls!

Pupil Achievement

Congratulations to Georgia (S4) who recently took to the stage as part of the kid’s cast in the Movies To Musical event put on by former pupil Ross Gunning at The Royal Concert Hall.  It was a brilliantly staged and choreographed production performed to a sell-out audience. Well done!
