S4 Work Experience: 5th November- 9th November
Pupils should have received their Work Experience packs today during RE. In their packs they will find the following:
- Information booklet
- Self found placement form
- WorkIT username and password (jobs are likely to be uploaded in mid June)
- Parental Consent form – to be returned to Pastoral teacher next week
Pupils should start to actively seek a placement and return the completed green form as soon as possible to their Pastoral Support Teacher.
The WorkIT database is unlikely to have jobs uploaded until the middle of June. We advise that students do not to wait to see what is available on the database before they start to search for a self found placement.
A meeting for NHS placements will be held tomorrow in the Lecture Theatre at 12.20.
All placements, both self found or through the WorkIT database, should be organised by 24th August 2018.
