S2 History pupils (and Mr. McArthur!) got the opportunity to experience the trenches in Pollok Park as part of their study of the Great War. An enjoyable and worthwhile trip!
Big congratulations to Amy Rooney. On Saturday 6th of November she received an award from the Modern Studies Association for being the joint top performer in this years Higher Modern Studies exam. Amy achieved full marks in every element of the paper. Well done, Amy!
Huge congratulations to Niamh Hamill, Catriona McLaughlin, Ellie Spiers, Maimi McIntyre and Isla Scott who were the winner of the ‘Trenches’ competition in Miss. Scroggie’s S2 History class. The trench looks excellent and it is clear the effort that you girls put into making it. Well done!
