P6a took full advantage of the beautiful, fresh, but cold weather to take their art lesson outdoors.

We have been learning to work with clay over the last few weeks so the children had to source natural materials to add to their clay to create a face. As it was so cold, snowy and icy they had to use their skills of observation to find and source effective materials.

They loved this task and we will repeat it later on in the year so that they can compare and contrast the experience in different environmental conditions.
