Registration will take place for the W/c 11 to 15 January 2016, between the hours of 9.00am and 12 noon or 1.30pm and 3.00pm.
The following documents will be required :
For Permanent Residents
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child Benefit Statement
- Council Tax notice 2015/16
- Mortgage statement
- The school can also accept a driving licence, utility bill or bank statement if you are no longer in receipt of child benefit.
Renting a Home
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- A Rental Agreement is required and must be valid at start of the school session in August 2016. (if due to expire before November 2016 then a further rental agreement will be required )
- Child Benefit Statement
- Council Tax Notice 2015/16 for new address and final council tax statement for previous address.
- The school can also accept a driving licence, utility bill or bank statement if you are no longer in receipt of child benefit
- Important notes:We will no longer be accepting Council Tax Information where the parent is registered as non-liable.Any parent living at a c/o address within our catchment area will not be considered as catchment until they have lived at the address for 6 months and, therefore, they must make a placing request application. Proof of continuous residence for at least 6 months at the address will be required.
