Dear Parent/Carer

Caterlink, our catering contractors, would like to invite you to have lunch with your child at Mearns Primary School.

Due to the large numbers involved, this will take place over four days:

P1.1 on Monday, 8 September

P1.2 on Tuesday, 9 September

P1.3 on Wednesday, 10 September

P1.4 on Thursday, 13 September

The P1/2 wing door will be opened to let you enter the building.  Children should be collected from their classroom at 12.00pm.  Children going home for lunch will dismiss at the usual time of 12.35pm.

If you are working and cannot manage, please be assured that Class Teachers will be with your child when parents come for lunch.

To help with the catering, please complete the tear-off slip and return to the school no later than Wednesday, 27 August 2014.  If you wish to purchase a meal to eat with your child, please credit your child’s account with sufficient money.
