Thank You to McCarthy and Stone for the very generous donation of £500 to support our parent groundforce team and pupils in the sensory garden.
The gardening project is managed by the ‘Parent Ground Force Team’ – a keen set of parents of pupils at the school that are helping to get the children get involved with gardening and producing their own produce to cook.

Parent Ground Force in Action
Recruiting New Volunteers
Tiree pupils helped some of our parent gardening volunteers in the sensory garden this morning.
All classes were asked to grow some plants and class Tiree grew peas in class and helped to look after them.
Today they transplanted them into the sensory garden. The pupils were all very excited to help Freya’s mum and Amber’s mum look after the sensory garden.

They spent some time giving our benches a makeover and they are now looking fabulous, photos to follow.
