Interactive Activity Wall

 Interactive Wall

We are delighted to finally have our Interactive Activity Wall in school. This was purchased through a bid from Awards for All.

Some of our senior students got to try it out this morning and had great fun.

They decided on a matching game and took in in turns to watch and time each other.  At the end of the session they were able to evaluate who had the best score.

The interactive wall will help motivate our pupils to get moving and become more active, improve their hand eye coordination, strength, and endurance while playing fun interactive games.

Ask Parents Questionaire

You are your child’s first and most important teacher. The NHS wants to know how to support you when you help your child learn about growing up, puberty and relationships.

If you are a parent or carer of a child, from early years up to the age of 16, you can get involved in one of two ways.

The ask parents surveys are online now at www.askparents.co.uk

You can take part in a telephone interview. It takes about 15 minutes. Questions are emailed in advance and then a time to talk is arranged that suits you. Contact colin@tascagency.co.uk if you are interested. A £10 payment is posted as thanks for your time.

Additional CfE in- service day

Important date for your diary

Please note the additional inset day on 5th February 2015.

The Scottish Government has approved an extra in-service day in 2014/15 for primary school teachers. This additional in-service day will also apply to the pre-5 sector, thus allowing staff in both sectors to work together to support reflection on learning and practice and further embed CfE.
