Inspiring a generation to sign……..

Today we took part in a world record challenge  with Sign2Sing to encourage as many people as possible to learn to sign and inspire a generation by teaching the importance of good signing.

We all gathered in the Mod and the children from the Family Centre joined us to take part in the challenge. Everone took part with great enthusiasm and some fantastic signing and singing, so well done everyone.

Pupils and staff wore a scarf and donated £1 which  will be sent to SignHealth foundation to help transform the lives of deaf children and adults.

At the end of the sign2sing challenge all the children helped Mrs Wallace count the money and we are delighted that we raised just over £100.
