This week I liked putting frations on a number line because we wrote down different fractions on a whitebaords and then we all had to stand in order beside each other. Cameron was 0, Alexander was one fifth, Calum S was four fifths, Rebecca was one, Riley was 2 and one fifths and I was three fifths. Lucy

I have been enjoying learning to make games in ICT. I made a drag game called Fishes and a second game, a puzzle game with Lily. This game was like a slide puzzle and we called it Love Heart. Rebecca

I really liked this too. Making them is fun and then you get to play them. Naomi

I am enjoying learning about the Vikings. This week we have been looking through the Viking timeline and putting events into chronoligical order. I have also really enjoyed the homework task that we have been set because I have been working with my Nana to build a Viking Long Boat. Cameron

In language I have been reading the novel, The Owl Tree. It is about Joe and Minna who go and stay with Granny Diamond and their monster neighbour is going to try to cut down the Owl Tree but they are trying to stop it. We made an owl with main idea and supporting details then we had to predict what we think will happen in chapter 4. I am looking forward to reading more next week. Lily

This week we started a new science topic. We are leanring about forces called pushing and pulling. We had to make freeze frames for everyone to guess if it was a push or a pull and we tried to push and puul the objects without touching them. We had a marble, a paper clip, a straw, string, a pencil, a coin, a cube and playdough. We are going to be learning about magnets. Timothee

Next week, I am really looking forward to going to the Royal Concert Hall for Celtic Connections. Burns night is on Monday so it is for that. I have not heard Scottish music before but I think it will sound good. Areeb
