Day 1 was absolutely fabulous.

The kids who had never visited Dynamic Earth before were blown away by it.  The film in the Showdome was a great way to finish – it even had a space theme!

Having a break just now and then off to the National Museum of Scotland!

The Hamster Wheel proved particularly popular!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Everyone slept well and we are off to the Day  2 activities. Group 1 have made it to the observatory with minimal complaining about the 50 minute walk. We have just climbed the 89 stairs to the telescope (yes we counted!) and are ready to start our workshop.

Mrs Oswald’s group are currently at Camera Obscura.
