Cooking

On Thursday 23rd November, P5 will be cooking with Karen, Catering Manager. Please let me know if you are able to come in and help. The cooking will take place in the afternoon around 2pm. Please pop a note in the homework diary if you are able to help.

Homework Tasks

All homework tasks have been explained to the children and they should be able to complete all their tasks without any problems.

 Active Spelling Activities

Please complete in Spelling jotter. Write the date in full at the beginning of each day’s homework. Please underline date with a ruler.

Draw a line under the previous night’s homework and continue. Please do not take a new page each night unless required.

Mon: Write first half of words 3 times using Look Say Cover Write Check

Tue: Write second half of words 3 times using Look Say Cover Write Check

Wed: Choose two active spelling tasks to complete

Thu: Revise key words for Friday spelling test

Read allocated pages/chapters. Write down 3 questions about the book that you would like to discuss with your group.
